Refund Policy

S&S Signature Sips Mobile Bartending

1. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • The deposit covers administrative and scheduling costs and will not be refunded under any circumstances once paid.

  • The deposit may, however, be applied to a rescheduled event (see section 4).

 

2. Final Payment

Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date. If full payment is not received by the due date, S&S Signature Sips Mobile Bartending reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client Cancellations

    • 30+ days before the event: Refund of any payment minus the non-refundable deposit.

    • 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount paid (deposit excluded).

    • 14 days or less before the event: No refund will be issued.

  • Company Cancellations

    • In the unlikely event that S&S Signature Sips Mobile Bartending  must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

4. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their event one time at no extra charge if notice is given at least 14 days before the original event date, and the new date is available.

  • Additional reschedules may incur a $50administrative charge.

  • Reschedules requested less than 14 days before the event may be treated as a cancellation (see Section 3).

 

5. No-Show Policy

If the client or venue is unavailable upon arrival and/or the event cannot proceed due to client-related issues (e.g., lack of proper setup, permits, or communication), no refund will be issued.

 

6. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing an adequate backup plan (such as tent coverage or indoor access).

  • Events canceled due to weather without a backup plan will not be refunded.

  • If severe weather or emergency conditions make travel unsafe, S&S Signature Sips may reschedule or issue a partial refund at its discretion.

 

7. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
